So, this would be used for riot control and or raids, the half like 2 NPC prop is in apack that it is made into a vehicle on workshop. This vehicle should have 4 slots, only swat commander and or highest ranking can spawn it, it has a gun, have the second seat int eh front control it, it should shoot water isntead of bullets and it should slow and or ragdoll players.

What? Are you talking about the tanks, or the actually cars? We don't need these. I have never seen a riot in OCRP to the point where we need SWAT to bring a tank in.
