Reason for the switch: The city server was down, so i figured this would be a good chance to check the outlands server out. I had no idea that i would not be able to play my character in city any more. this was all an accident

Anyways, since you entered outlands on purpose, I'm afraid this will be denied, but I leave that decision up to another admin. (I'm not quite active/involved regarding Outlands and all what comes around.)
IF this will be denied, you need to come up with a plan and backstory how your character leaves the outlands and goes back to the city.

If you're a frequent forum visitor then you should've read all the warnings. According to your forum profile, you registered June last year.

We have many warnings so there aren't many excuses for not being careful. As this was a deliberate selection I am sorry but I am going to have to deny this.

On another note, sorry for the very long response.
