update #2

  • Updated Clockwork. That should fix following bugs:
    • "You cannot use this item." and "This item doesn't belong to you!" inventory bugs.
    • Backpacks/boxes not adding extra inventory space.
  • Chat icons for VIP's and golds re-added
  • Added support for custom S4 models - for S4L and S4S
  • The /PlyGiveTokens command (restricted by Steam ID to alexanderk, TOMASAS and RoflWaffle)
  • The /CharUnoutlandify  command (SA+)
  • The /PlyRespawn  command  (op+)
  • The /PropBlacklist and /PropUnblacklist  commands (to prevent people spawning explosive barrels, SA+)
  • The /WhoAmI - no access restriction, debug command, tells you what usergroup are you - eg. if forum loading works or no
  • Disabled the 'act' command for now. It may be partially re-enabled in the future.
  • Fixed some tooltrust bugs. If you don't have your 't' flag as a gold/VIP, contact an admin to re-give your tooltrust.
  • CCA models plugin update.
    • Fixed all known cases of giving bad models and character classes.
    • Added an feature to automatically give/revoke custom class (Civil Authority High Command).
    • Added an check to prevent non-CCA and non-OTA characters from having set the model because of some stupid administrators - I will find you in logs and we'll have a chat about it.
  • Disabled the possibility to set your character classes - you don't need to do that.
  • Fixed /ViewObjectives not working after the lastest Clockwork update. Also made it so only units ranked as an oh-one or above are able to edit them, others can just view.
  • Made CWU not receive /request's anymore.
  • Fixed a bug with forum registration - should work well now.
  • Made scanners spawn on the Nexus rooftop instead of in the lobby.
  • Scanners can now use flashlight.
  • Fixed CWU's showing up as Joining/Unconnected or Unassigned.
  • Added CWU items back.
  • Made the CWU HQ doors autolock on map load.
  • Re-added the "Edit" feature for papers.
  • Fixed CID not showing up in F1 for CWU's.
  • Citizen / CWU characters who don't have a valid CID stored will get a new one auto-generated once they are loaded.
  • Fixed CCA/OTA footsteps not working for everyone due to Clockwork update.
  • Added a new 'd' flag - allows admins to use the duplicator tool.
  • Made administrators able to use /Ply(Un)Whitelist


When will Outlands come? You promised it.
I did. They will come either later today or tomorrow. Stop asking about it, this is your answer.

If an unexpected bug occurs and if it's deemed too major, please, get an administrator to shut the server down!

Wow! Thats probably the biggest HL2RP change log I've ever seen! I'm really excited for the folks on City, and even more so excited for Outlands! Thank you for working on this, us roleplayers appreciate it. ;)

We're sorry for the problem with allowed props. I disabled the plugin which is causing that, but apparently, it's still being loaded. I will physically remove it and see what it does then.

When I went on last night I noticed these bugs still occurring which means the newest Clockwork update hasn't fixed these whatsoever. My worker spawned with an unownable/unusuable/etc 9mm pistol yet again which hasn't happened since it first came back up and the bags and backpacks still won't add inventory space for me.[/list]

A small sub-update was pushed out right now.
  • Changed the way /ad and /su display (admin-only and superadmin-only chats)
  • Added /admin for players - use this to contact online administrators.
  • Fixed scanners not being able to use /radio because of missing the radio item.
  • Removed the allowed props plugin, props should be okay to be spawned now.

The release of the outlands server will be probably delayed for a day or so. We're experiencing some technical issues we're unable to solve at the moment. We are trying our best to solve it.
Take in mind that asking us about OL will not make us work faster.

Outlands will come with HL2RP update #3.
