I'm in a bit of stuck in where I am unable to decide which processor to even go for out of the Phenom and FX-4.

I will also be getting a new motherboard for this, which I will link as well so you know what it is:

I'm just stuck on which processor I should actually get. I'm leaning more towards the FX-4 but the Phenom also looks just as good. Which one do you guys reckon I should be getting?
Also, I'm on a budget and current processor is an Intel Pentium Dual Core, hence the new motherboard I'm getting and because I need a new processor for the course I'm going to be doing in September.

I chose the 965 over it and I'm fine with the results.

My budget will be £200, either of them will come to nearly £150 so if someone wants to suggest any other AMD Processors then please, suggest.
