It overpowers local voice chat and is bloody annoying when any cop is near by

Afaik there is no way in GMod to handle how load you hear other players from the server. Only thing is to turn down volume, which is stupid.

I am working on the best way to handle this, and it will probably end up with a third option to the T button, so you circle through off, on and disabled (radio icon with a cross over).

Currently it's just retarded how radio chatter overpowers local chat with EASE when you try to talk to a government official.

Realisticly you should BARELY hear it if you are near a government official.
