I say give it a try. IMO, C11 is one of the best maps there are for hl2rp. Large, well-designed, lots of excellent features for roleplay.

I'm in full +Support of having this to replace C18, it is so big, detailed, and you could passive RP in a lot of places. The apartment building near spawn could potentially be used as the UCH, and it even has a CCA Room in there to lock the UCH Gates inside for during sweeps or inspections. There is also a small sewer system with what looks like a hideout room for refugees, which can provide RP for anti-citizens too, instead of them all having to run to D2 etc. I'm unsure, but I reckon this map could be split into 3 districts. There is also a potential rations distribution place just past the potential UCH building too.

EDIT: Forgot to comment about the Nexus, that place is so much better than C18's Nexus, waaaay more better.

+support it is a great map. Only problem is that tis wont happen due to player count is more important than the map cough waffle cough. But yes we are in need of a map with more diversity than apartments and over half the map being lolwebul city.

IMO city 18 is getting boring..
Just checked out City 11 and from what i've seen it looks AMAZING!
Rofl should seriously consider using this map, before we all die from boredom.
