I can tell you right now Excaliburkon is a total minge and failRPer without even having guns, earlier he was running around yelling bitches and assholes to draw my attention away from me arresting someone, and has also came back on a citizen previously PK'd from amputation (something White, forgot his first name, but it is a black model), and was amputated again. He then faked AFK as soon as we were about to arrest for his yelling of bitches.

Yeah you could get rid of some of the light entities/whatever they are on the map to free up space by changing it to daytime, would eliminate the need for some lights

I've voted for City 11 for the fact it is the one I prefer out of them all, my reasons given on the other thread Also, that Stay on City 18 option is pointless because I doubt anybody will even vote for it lol

We honestly need at least a test run on City 11 to see if we can get it up and running, just look at the poll, most people are crying out for a new map, and we need it!

This is what I said in my previous post on the other thread:
I'm in full +Support of having this to replace C18, it is so big, detailed, and you could passive RP in a lot of places. The apartment building near spawn could potentially be used as the UCH, and it even has a CCA Room in there to lock the UCH Gates inside for during sweeps or inspections. There is also a small sewer system with what looks like a hideout room for refugees, which can provide RP for anti-citizens too, instead of them all having to run to D2 etc. I'm unsure, but I reckon this map could be split into 3 districts. There is also a potential rations distribution place just past the potential UCH building too.
Also, the Nexus is so much better than the C18 Nexus. There are more cells, a proper med-bay, TWO amputation chair rooms, one in the Nexus itself, the other next to train station along with 2 stasis holding cells in there.

EDIT: Forgot to comment about the Nexus, that place is so much better than C18's Nexus, waaaay more better.

That looks epic just from screenshots, I'll go try it out now in SP then I'll either +support or -support whether I'd rather play this than C18

UNIT: 522 DIVISION: UNION CLEARANCE: RCT Enter Password: ************ ACCESS GRANTED Connecting to Network Connecting... Connecting... Connecting... CONNECTION ESTABLISHED New File Opened: msg.0000003Send To: Self Subject: None<::|| So, my 5th day in the CCA. I don't have much to write about today. Earlier, I had an honor to patrol with the Commander himself, 88740. As we patrolled, the lights began to fluctuate in the city and next thing, the glass started smashing. I put myself in front of the Commander, and I got struck by a shard of glass! I had to get some medical treatment on it which was done by 803, which involved removing the scarring tissue from the wound and stitching it back up. Now I just have to wait about a day and the stitching should have gone. Soon I shall have completed my seven dasy as a Recruit! ||::> Saving File As: msg.0000003Saving File... Saving File... Didn't really know you or talk to you, but sad to see someone good leaving the community, and I hope you have a good time in the Army and in life.

UNIT: 522 DIVISION: UNIFORM CLEARANCE: RCT Enter Password: ************ ACCESS GRANTED Connecting to Network Connecting... Connecting... Connecting... CONNECTION ESTABLISHED New File Opened: msg.0000002Send To: Self Subject: None<::|| Thought I'd log again on what's been happening so far during my Recruit stage. The other day, I finished all my training, and double checked. Now I have to wait until the 24th of this month cycle to apply for a division. Another thing about this day is that I went on 10-50 with 793, which ended up with him fooling around, him stopping me from exiting through a door in District 1, and him picking up a box, pushing citizens AND ME around with it. Now I see why I didn't see half the recruits anymore as a Worker... Today has been... interesting. I was ordered to... beat a citizen up in a Cell by a High Command Unit. I'm still not used to this yet, but I guess I'll have to live with it soon and get used to it. I also ended up witnessing TWO amputations today, which was unpleasant to watch... and I fear the day I will have to do my first amputation. Anyway, this is 522, signing off. ||::> Saving File As: msg.0000002Saving File... Saving File... Saving File... File SavedDisconnecting RCT.522 Console Shut Down. CONNECTION LOST

If you also want to know, here is my experience as a Recruit at the moment if you want to know what it is like.
First, you get thrown into a completely different world. You won't understand what to do that much ICly and OOCly but that is why you are a recruit, to be taught and learn it. You should have a fair idea what to do OOCly though from watching other CCA units at work when you was a citizen and from reading up on it through forums or other websites. Once you get the hang if it, it'll be quite simple to understand.
And the easiest way not to get BMs from what I know: Don't act like a retard jumping all over etc, and stick to the rules and restrictions.

CONNECTION ESTABLISHED New File Opened: msg.0000001Send To: Self Subject: First Day<::|| So, first day as a Recruit. It is... very different compared to the Civil Workers Union. I spent half of my day training and half of my time patrolling with other units. It has also been a very interesting day. The plaza went to a Code Red to look for some man with al ead pipe, who eventually died I believe. However, I have to admit I regretted what I had to do during the tour I was given. I was made to beat some man, who was blind and was cowering in a corner. Not only that, I witnessed him get shot... multiple times... turned into a lump of gore... it acctually made me feel a bit sick at first. It's probably something I'm going to have to get used to. Well this is my first log as a Recruit... ||::> Saving File As: msg.0000001Saving File... Saving File... Saving File... File SavedDisconnecting RCT.522 Console Shut Down. CONNECTION LOST

At home I like to sometimes drink cans of Carling.
If I go out somewhere, I usually tend to have 1-2 pints of Carling, followed by multiple (meaning a LOT) of vodka or sambuca shots.

John Omen CID #48625 CITY 18 DISTRICT 1
Dear City Administrator,
While your speeches are packed with information, when I walk around the District, I see many citizens still violating left, right and centre. At one point, it even went as far as tear gassing the plaza. Contraband has been discovered in so many places recently and now there has been a group of citizens worshipping and trying to get them to convert to some new religion of "Ralph the Can". Will we see any changes within the City to reduce the amount of violations, contraband and false worshippers?
Yours faithfully, John Omen, Tier 1 Civil Worker
