Title: Jogging toggle glitch

Idk if anyone else has gotten this problem but when im trying to jog in the server (like through the subways and such) ill toggle on jog. Well my stamina will start to get low and then i toggle it off and start walking, yet it still drains stamina, so i stood and waited for my stamina to refill then i started walking again. To my surprise it still drained stamina even though i was only walking.

If your stamina is extremely low it'll drain while walking, which means you have to actually stop and take a breather. It's been like that always.
