Disconnecting from steam

Has anybody else been getting randomly disconnected from steam lately? And another thing I keep getting errors to open CS:GO and Portal 2. Error Code 53 or something. I have no idea what that's all about.

Yeah I had that a few hours ago. Just restarted it after an hour cause I realised it was something other than routine maintenance.
