I was walking around when i heard on my radio my boss Grim had broken his leg from falling. I soon after went to their location falling a long distance feet and breaking my leg. The break was to the outer part of my leg almost breaking the skin. I then lost consciousness and almost bled out from bloodloss after amputating.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
I would be able to work at the clinic again and would mean i would have more strength in that leg.

Defects
I would have a little less mobility due to a slight limp in that leg and occasionaly falling over.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Use the leg for defense if im out of ammo and kick down doors in raids.

I jumped off a ledge and broke my leg. I had to have it amputated due to bloodloss. The people who saw this happen are: Nick 'Pyro' Sandborn and a medic who I do not know.

Please explain to me, how this is Detailed, in any way? Two sentences are not enough, not by a long shot.

No, no. It doesn't matter, the  authorization is not about you falling off a cliff. It's how you got your cybernetic leg. Either way this is hard to believe the chances of getting a cybernetic leg is 1 in 1,000,000. Also this is the undetailed and it seems that this took you a whole 2min. Really next time put in more effort.

Some things that need to be improved / added / considered (In my opinion):

A much more detailed backstory.
How / why he jumped off said ledge?
More specifics on the location of said jump.
Clarification on if it is a prostectic or cybernetic leg.
Who gave him the cybernetic leg?
Details on the actual operation of the leg implementation.
Some information on how said operation managed to work in the outlands.
Any other information you can provide that is related to this event. (Post operation information would be helpfull)

 Cybernetic leg? It take's a engineer to build that, especially someone who is really fit to make schematics and someone who has great skills in technology. Your application is not detailed enough also, put some more effort into it. The backstory should look like a paragraph AND should have very great grammar.

Also, how did you find supplies to make a 'cybernetic leg' in Outlands? Who would have the knowledge to make said leg from scratch?
