[5/8/2011] OCRP update

-Added the Phantom semi truck
-Fixed the desert rat/buggy
-Admin logging improved(everything logs to Q now)
-Fixed the fire spreading issues as well as admins not being able to extinguish them
-Fixed AFK kicker
-People with two certain skills maxed can blow down doors using a shotgun
-Removed the godstick crosshair
-Moved the paint NPC so you can actually paint bigger vehicles that didn't fit in the garage
-Thanks to Kazuo and ::Frosty for helping out majorly with this update

What do you mean "Blow Down" doors? Do you mean the door with fly off the frame like in HL2RP or just open?

I think it just means blow doors open since if it destroyed the door, we would have to respawn them or something.

They respawn automatically. It would be the same system as police shotguns.
