If you watch the video, before posting.

I have removed all my characters, even the one with Gold Member tokens, only made an Outlands Character to see.

Second off, you clicked outside of the box probably closing the character creation window.
You didn't click the continue button when you were done so it didn't create the character for you.
I am probably wrong, but those are the things I have noticed in the video.

Theres still an issue I'd like to raise about being un-pkd.
Whenever my characer tries to be un-pkd it says that it isnt a valid character :/

Shit happens when you're tired, try to change shit and don't have the time to test it. Though I don't remember it giving me any errors...
