First of all, i want to say that i understand how admins are picked. They are handpicked by the owner, and i would usually see no problem with that, it is a great system, if this were only one server. You see, on Harbor Roleplay, we usually never get mingebags. We are normally a nice group of people that are friendly to eachother, even in the slightest. But these times dont always last forever. Back to what i said about admin picking, it would work great if there were only one server. But there isn't, And admins arent always on every server. Since admins are hand picked by the owner, they would only get picked rarely. The owner isnt going to be on every day, and neither are admins, if there arent enough of them. What we need is more, active admins. Now im not saying to just give admin to the first person that makes an application. There should be a thorough background check as well as a vote from the players. Now, you havent read through this just to hear me rant, what im proposing is essential. We need an admin application forum. You could ask every player in every server, 9/10 of them would say that they need an admin application system. Im offering to be an admin on harbor roleplay, I havent seen a single admin on in 2 days. I may have missed them, but others have said that they havent seen any, either. Whats the reason i would be a reliable admin? Well, to get the stuff that you might not care about out of the way, i have been an admin on another server, i got removed from inactivity. I get bored of games after a while (a few months) And move on to other games. Another reason i would be fit to be an admin is that i am on almost all day. I would get on a server from requests, as well, not just if im feeling bored. I feel that we need more admins for harbor roleplay, please take this post in to consideration.
