For nostalgia purposes I'm genuinely interested. If they butchered it as much as they have the 2nd gen runescape (post what they originally called runescape classic, what they now call classic, is actually "runescape nonHD") with their hd moneygrabbing version then I won't be impressed but hey. It's worth a gander.

I'd play it if it didn't have Evolution of Combat. I actually played 2007 Runescape for a couple months early this year, but soon got bored of it. Oh well, nice to see they're finally upgrading to HTML5.

so i go on my RS account that i used for 2007scape to get told that yesterday i was permanently chat muted for microing when i never played the up to date normal runescape, only 2007scape months ago, so i had to send an appeal for it

secondly RS3 is already plagued with bugs and issues so gg jagex

RS3 is the same pile of shit game EOC was. I still play the 2007 version though

I started playing around 2005, but I remember going over to my friend's house and he'd be playing classic(Or 2001 as you call it). Weird to see how far it's come.

I remember playing in 2006. That didnt last long. Never did and never will like fantasy lol...
