Title: Blurry depth of vision

While playing at around 8-9 in the morning, the server suddenly starts to have this strange blurry depth of vision, that would cause everyone to lag, or have their frame rate drop. The server was restared, however shortly after the same problem occured. Any ideas on what could have caused this?
