Fixed most of the remaining bugs:

• Fixed iConomy Permissions
• Fixed Towny and the "Player not online" bug
• Fixed falsebook being horribly outdated
• Hopefully fixed VIP

I also added LWCSpout

You need Spout for this to work!

You released it, and now updated it, but why has it yet to come online?

It was up, were currently removing Towny due to it not working right.
