Reason for Un-PK: My character, Jessica Arbit, had a Psychotic disorder (Split personalitys). Paul Haynes, and Beans were the aggressors. I had a few box's of ammo, they were SMG two box's, Shotgun one box, and I was being harrased by Paul and Beans, this being said the RP was screwy on both ends, and I take full responsability for what I did. They wanted to take the ammo because of her disorder, she refused, and got a shot to the kneecap and head. This also being said, she had been OK the past few days ICly, oddly enough, they still wanted the ammo.

Lucy's life.
Lucy came from a mostly dark background, she was the runt of the litter in her family. Her owner, although gentle and caring couldn't keep up with the cost of feeding and watering her. When her owner became involved with another male human he abused Lucy, making her hate males. After years of abuse she finally ran away and her life took an even worse turn. When the Seven Hour War occured she was forced into the outlands to hide from the CCA. She had managed to stay under the radar until the CCA and Xen creatures started to show up. She sought out other shelter and was found by a girl in the Alliance base. It was later found out that Lucy was a type of wolf, a hybrid that due to their breed had managed to survive the harshness of The War and the dangers after.
'Head Grabber's' life.
Headcrabs and Human Meet
As the day grew long a pack of Headcrabs wandered upon what appeared to be an abandoned Russian missile silo. They were fired upon as they entered killing almost every one of them. The few survivors of the slaughter were taken by the humans to a testing chamber deep within the silo. Their only goal while being submitted to the rigerous and brutal testing was to try to escape. The testing included: Heat resistance, poison resistance, intelligence testing and lots more. What the scientists failed to take into account was their agility and attack speed. Finally the Headcrabs found an opening one day and they rushed the scientists making them zombies. One lone Headcrab failed to escape with the others and was left in the chamber. Following it's instincts it hid in a dark, cold, air vent. Later when the order was restored to the silo the Headcrab was discovered and it became the lone test subject.
The making of 'Head Grabber'
As one of the scientists began to take a depper interest in the testing of this Headcrab, he noted that it had become fairly peaceful around humans unless it was unexpectantly startled. As little as the scientists knew they allowed the Headcrab to roam free. As is its nature it found a nesting spot in the storage room and began co-exsist with the humans who even nick named it 'Head Grabber'. One day 'Head Grabber' heard the sounds of pulse rifles echoing throughout the silo. The CCA had found their location and was raiding the silo. The Alliance repelled the attack with four dead and two wounded. In the aftermath of the attack The Alliance discovered that UU.NECROTIC.35690, otherwise known as 'Head Grabber' had run away.

The only issues with him is he is a hot head sometimes. The main reason he wants to join the CCA is due to his background in the loyalists. A second reason he wants to join the CCA is an officer named, "CCA-C45-01-099" this officer was being talked to by a citizen about her past, he thinks her name was Keriah Eckley due to a letter she wrote. He wants to find her brother 'Grim' Eckley and tell him his sister knows him. 2) Please detail your characters traits. A little while after once i was 14 i began to do more advanced electronics including: Modifying radios, SOS signals with light, And such. When i turned 16 i did really advanced electronics: Making radios from scratch, Other morse code simbols with light. 3 Years passed and i turned 20 now working on car electronics and that. The combine came 1 year after. I ran off to the outlands with my experience attempting to help the rebels or resistance.

I am working on a project to build the civilians a "Suppression feild stopper" i build this for them to be able to become pregnant.
This project is going to be hard so im going to modify a radio to send a frequency to the suppression feilds shutting them down until the combine can get them back up. I am also putting a frequency tuner to turn it on or off if it fails to start correctly.

I was walking around when i heard on my radio my boss Grim had broken his leg from falling. I soon after went to their location falling a long distance feet and breaking my leg. The break was to the outer part of my leg almost breaking the skin. I then lost consciousness and almost bled out from bloodloss after amputating.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
I would be able to work at the clinic again and would mean i would have more strength in that leg.
Defects
I would have a little less mobility due to a slight limp in that leg and occasionaly falling over.

Ive wanted to join the CP on other servers but got denied due to some grammar issues. I am now better at typing and spelling but some times have issues. Another reason is i want to help the union and believe there right with what there doing. Most of the other people are rebels and i may have rebeled once or a while and want to redeem myself for what i have done. Third is i will not abuse what i may or may not get.
