Unit Seven-Thirty-Six, findings, reports, and on-going personal issues.
** The timestamp is way in the middle of the night, close to morning, 3:14 AM **
I have been 10-100 and 10-50 all night, can hardly clear my head, I feel morally declined to do this, however, I have a softspot, if you could even call it that, for a unit within GRID. I, in the past weeks have amputated several people, my own flesh and blood, my brother, a 12-year-old child, atleast one-three generic female citizens, and one male citizen. I understand this is the job, but it is getting over-dramatized, GRID's banned weapon customization, I may even be clipping it close with HC, bunch of shit going on, I find myself a cold-hearted bastard, an ass, at best, at worst I don't even think. 905 is a humanizing factor for me, I was caught by an APEX oh-two though, I still patrol with 905 if I- oh bullocks, I said her digits, nevermind.......

A long days work

First few days being in NOVA and I feel like I fit right in, I haven't been helping anyone medically/doing any forensic work, but I am enjoying the time learning said skills. The DvL said I would be lucky to get promoted so I am working as hard as possible. Little as I am in this -big- pool of CCA, I hope to help my division, and many other units.

'Head Grabber's' life.

Prologue

As a young headcrab on earth, 356 was very, very useful to the Combine, both as biological warefare useage, and a nice little reminder of our new neighbors on earth. About 3-6 years after the portal storms, she was captured and put into the NECROTIC division of the UU.
Her for the UU was coming to an end, they put her into a canister, and shipped her off to... none other then, Ineu Pass...
Once the humans began to flock to Ineu her group hid, only to come out of the 'den', the den was a tunnel under the Alliance base, they reproduced, and allowed their group to grow in size, about 3-9 months after they came out and attempted to feed, and here we are now, at the begining of Head Grabber...


Headcrabs and Human Meet

As the day grew long a pack of Headcrabs wandered upon what appeared to be an abandoned Russian missile silo. They were  fired upon as they entered killing almost every one of them. The few survivors of the slaughter were taken by the humans to a testing chamber deep within the silo. Their only goal while being submitted to the rigerous and brutal testing was to try to escape. The testing included: Heat resistance, poison resistance, intelligence testing and lots of other tests, most of them harmful. What the scientists failed to take into account was their agility and attack speed. Finally the Headcrabs found an opening one day and they rushed the scientists making them Headcrab zombies. One lone Headcrab failed to escape with the others and was left in the chamber. Following it's instincts it hid in a dark, cold, air vent, for quite some time it hid, attempting to stay silent.  Later when the order was restored to the silo the Headcrab made a few squeaks, then being discovered, it had become the lone test subject.


The making of 'Head Grabber'

As one of the scientists began to take a depper interest in the testing of this Headcrab, he noted that it had become fairly peaceful around humans unless it was unexpectantly startled. As little as the scientists knew they allowed the Headcrab to roam free. As is its nature it found a nesting spot in the storage room and began co-exsist with the humans who even nick named it 'Head Grabber'.  One day 'Head Grabber' heard the sounds of pulse rifles echoing throughout the silo.  The Overwatch had found their location and was raiding the silo.  The Alliance repelled the attack with four dead and two wounded.  In the aftermath of the attack The Alliance discovered that UU.NECROTIC.35690, otherwise known as 'Head Grabber' had run away.

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Jason Barns has always wished of being a police officer at an early age, he wishes to help this earth to achieve utmost safety. He always has respected the police forces that take the criminals down and take them to jail, making the world safer. Jason has always tried to prevent the crime by reporting any suspects to a police officer and wants to achieve something in his life and trying to make citizens life better by jailing the criminals. He waits for the civil protection to be like his dad. His dad always put him to hard work because he wanted to his son to be strong and to have good willpower.

  Now Jason is rewarded for doing the jobs his dad gave him. Jason is a loyalist, before the war and now after the war. Jason has 7 loyalist points by cleaning the mess in the city. He even can give his life to union to help it even little. Jason hasn't got beaten up by civil protection and he wants to keep it that way. By joining the Civil Protection, Jason wants to beat criminals who hasn’t obeyed the laws and rules.
Jason wants to detain the criminals and give them a lesson why you should obey rules and should help the union in any way they can.

 Jason is good handling and aiming weapons when he had an hobby called; Airsoft. Jason is good at it and almost was the best in his team. He always used patient to help him at his battle. Jason's main objective of joining the Civil Protection is to help the union because the union has helped and gave discipline to Jason. Because all what the union has gave to Jason he wants to help the union in any way he can in his life. What really opened Jason's eyes was the seven hours of the war. Jason saw that the union has the power to control the earth and powerful enough to handle all situations those criminals can do.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I expect them to be rude for me, because they want to make me get used for that. Example : Situation when criminal will try to be rude as much as he/she can when he is getting killed, jailed or handcuffed. But I know that Civil Protection will be really friendly and respectful to me. They will be rude in the start but will make it less when I get more experience on this subject.

 Jason believes that when he joins the Civil Protection he will get well fed and trained to help the union as much as he can. He knows to obey the other units and is always cautious for any alerts. He also knows the units may/may not respect him, so he won’t complain if they do hate him. Jason expects a lot from this, a cop like job and better food. It is a lot of stuff to expect, but he is hoping this works and he becomes a crime fighting CP. As he shall progress, he shall learn a lot, so this may turn out to be wrong.



4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
The baby got a name "Jason Barns" He got it from his dad who is dead. His mother transferred the name to his child because she wants always wanted to remember her husband who died in a incident at work. Jason's dad died because he was carrying wooden planks and slid from the wet concrete to the fence, he then slipped under it, getting a ten meter drop to the sand. He died because he had been unconcious dropping head first on the sand, getting both his spine, and skull broke. After the death Jason's mom did find a job to keep his small family well fed. When Jason turned 7 years old, He wanted a police officer job and played always with his friend as a police officer or as a sheriff. When Jason was 16 years old, he started a hobby called "Airsoft". He was almost always in winning team and lost just few times. He had two airsoft guns: Glock and Mp5. Jason won lots of medals in contests and cash to, he was in 100 top-list of the airsoft champions. His tactic was simple; be patient and calm while waiting for enemy, when one will appear. Chase him slowly and look everywhere else for other targets and shoot him when it is time for such. When the portal storms started Jason's mom woke up Jason from sleep, grabbing Jason from bed and said "Get only the items that you really need. Nothing else." after that Jason as quickly as a reflex got his backpack to left hand and started to pack clothes, underwear, money and a cell-phone. Jason was about to take his favorite toy, Blue, his mom said "That's not important, leave it here." Jason nods and closes the zip from the backpack and gets to his mom. Jason's mom started dragging Jason to garage and started taking keys from her pocket, she unlocked the car and said to Jason "Get to the backseat, now." As she said that she opened the garage door and got in the car and Jason quickly got to backseat and closed door, after that Jason's mom started the car and kicked the pedal and Jason's head bend back because of the acceleration. After a while, Jason raised his head and tried to look from the window, then Jason saw plenty of cars on the road. Jason's mom said "We have to get out from the car and run from the forest" Then Jason's mom took Jason from the backseat and said "Follow me, just run with me. Don't look back or don't stop." After that Jason's mom started jogging and waiting for Jason to get out from seat and follow her. Jason thought it for a second and got out from the seat and when Jason was running to the forest he saw lots of vehicles that had mounted guns on top of the vehicle. Then Jason's mom yelled "Run! Run, Jason!" Then Jason started running to his mother when she started to run deeper in forest. Jason tripped because of trees root, hitting his head on the soft ground. Jason's mom didn't notice it and ran deeper, deeper to the forest. Jason yelled "Mom, come back!" But Jason's mom did not hear it and ran so far that Jason didn't see her anymore. Jason got up and looked behind him hearing beep sounds. When Jason looked behind him, he saw a couple of figures that had an gas mask looking mask and suits with blood on it. The creatures had a black baton and pistol. They took Jason to their vehicle and the vehicle did not have any windows so Jason couldn't look where they are. After two hours the vehicle stopped and the humanoid looking creature grabbed Jason's hand and got him out from the car. After that Jason didn't want to remember what did happen after that. But now the Jason is back again and is 20 years old and healthy. When the combines invaded the earth, Jason had to leave his hobby because that was illegal now. But Jason just said to himself "It's bad to leave my hobby but Union thinks about your best. And rules are rules. I don't want to get in trouble." After the invasion, Jason was 19 years old. He had adapted to the new laws and rules. But still keeping his main objective: Report to Civil Protection about anti-citizens and contraband item location and anything that will help the union.

Lucy's life.

Lucy came from a mostly dark background, she was the runt of the litter in her family. Her owner, although gentle and caring couldn't keep up with the cost of feeding and watering her. When her owner became involved with another male human he abused Lucy, making her hate males. After years of abuse she finally ran away and her life took an even worse turn. When the Seven Hour War occured she was forced into the outlands to hide from the CCA. She had managed to stay under the radar until the CCA and Xen creatures started to show up. She sought out other shelter and was found by a girl in the Alliance base. It was later found out that Lucy was a type of wolf, a hybrid that due to their breed had managed to survive the harshness of The War and the dangers after.

I was born on Monday, December 23, 1991. When i was very young i learned to work on basic electronics including: Radios both handheld and stationary and other electronics. A little while after once i was 14 i began to do more advanced electronics including: Modifying radios, SOS signals with light, And such. When i turned 16 i did really advanced electronics: Making radios from scratch, Other morse code simbols with light. 3 Years passed and i turned 20 now working on car electronics and that. The combine came 1 year after. I ran off to the outlands with my experience attempting to help the rebels or resistance.

I am a CP on another server, Though a low rank I'm a good roleplayer. Before the 7 hour war my character was beat up and mugged all the time. He will be a valuble asset due to his strength and speed. After the 7 hour war he felt taken care of and respected by the CP.


His family was killed for failing to follow combine rules. Figures...his dad was a drunk and his mom was the same. Later in his life he learned to respect the combine for what they had done. My character has also learned the combine codes here is a list: 10-50 = Patrol, 10-18 = Rush, 11-99 = Assist, 10-7 = Off duty, 10-8 On duty.


A few years after the 7 hour war he began to want to join the combine. He is now 34 and a Loyalist. A little earlier he was doing work for his 5th point...he got it.
He can and will give his life to the union if need be.
