Evening all

So i decided to Donate as its my birthday tommorow and my sister tried to use her Card but it said the payment type was not valid, im really confused as what i have to do about this..

Can anyone help at all?

What card does she have and what type is it(Credit/Debit)? What country are you from?

I am from Australia, Her card is Mastercard and it is a Debit card

debit and master card are accepted so its either your country or its being dumb
