Title: [OOC] Defining the roles of the Commander vs. The Sectorial Commander
Post by: ??. McBullet on June 26, 2011, 06:52:47 PM
The CmD deals with most (if not all) IC command duties.

This includes but is not limited to:

Giving general orders.
Monitoring UCA-related situations
Organizing the UCA on an IC perspective.
Managing units and their IC duties.

The SeC deals with most (if not all) OOC command duties.

This includes but is not limited to:

Changing ranks/ UCA organization.
Creating/deleting divisions and creating a medium of organization for them.
Managing units from an OOC perspective.
Creating directives, protocol, etc. for the UCA to follow.
Roster changes.
Total UCA control.

When the CmD is less active than necessary, the SeC may assist in IC matters.

Just wanted to clear this up. This is how I think the two positions should be. Please keep this in mind.
