How bad are they? Possible to post a pic? Do you have to recoat them?
Re; jiggerfuckStart with sanding, move to wet and dry until a smooth finish is achieved. Apply polish and buff until the end of time. As for tips? Depending on the severity you might want to just try and start with the w&d. It might look bad on the surface and not be so shitty underneath. For long sanding times I like to get a machine sander and a mask but of course it's sometimes out of peoples reach. I mean, to make it less tedious you can sand a wheel pretty much anywhere and/or because of that do it to music or with others around. Whatever will keep you from dying a slow and painful repetitive motion death.
