My ex- step dad had cancer. Go see a doctor, not all lumps mean cancer.

Yeah, I know but I MAY have it. I will be seeing the doctor tommorow. It looks like fat cells under the skin but I don't know, it's abit hard when I push down on it.

Not cancer. I have a lump just underneath my kneecap on my left leg. It feels like bone if I touch it. Had it since I was 12/13 years old and I was told by my doctor it would go when I'm 18, well I'm nearly 19 and it is still here but I don't think about it anymore nor do I notice it usually. Used to hurt when it first came up but now it's fine.

I had a lump on the back of my head removed. Its usually not a big deal, doctors are supportive and make sure to not hesitate to go and see what it is. I did and they removed it, better be safe then sorry. I luckily did not have cancer (yet) I had a sebacious nevi which will turn cancerous in a later stage of life

If it's just a lump and you are not sure then go see a doctor.
Trust me it might not be cancer. Don't worry.

I'm a welder fabricator, and contracted melanoma from it. Spent 2 months in chemo, and 4  months in remission. I'm all cleared up now. The truth of it is, nowadays, cancer isn't a death sentence like it used to be.
