Hello! I were wondering if we could have a "roleplay" camera. I think it would give a good Passive RP feeling. Im not saying this, since that would be a huge job and stuff to fix, but you can create your own "Camera job" if you got a camera. This is an example of a camera like could be nice to have.

Depending on the server in question, there are +/- for it.

IN OCRP:
It would be a nice idea, Maybe it could me used for community screenshots (inb4 disk space).
It isn't needed cause most people just go cl_drawhud 0 and screenshot.

IN HL2RP: it's unauthorised electronics.
It would be a nice "recon" feature for skilled anti-citizens planning an assault.

I like this, perhaps when a picture is taken it uploads to your forum account? I'll talk to the lua devs and see what we can do, if it's so possible.

The only thing that troubles me would be the disk space, so, you'd have to limit it to like 1-2 photos per person to have some way of limiting it..

Images resized to say 80% which are slightly compressed JPGs dont take up much disk space, just dont get letting people save 100% size PNGs or something

We have unlimited space on our webhost. Size is irrelevant.

Well, after talking to Tomasas, we deemed the suggestion possible, but impractical. It would require all members that wanted to use the service to download a DLL.

I may still make a community screenshot page. We'll see.
