Title: Trying to buy credits with a prepaid visa
Post by: Scary Ghost on July 05, 2013, 12:47:07 PM: I recently bought a prepaid visa, and when i try to use it with paypal, it says its declined, but when i try to use it with something else, IE steam, it works. so i cant buy credits. I was wondering if i could get some credits, if i could pay in another way, with the visa.
