**A divisional leader uniform is seen, sitting down on a chair, in a dark room. Around the unit, several consoles and a single robot is visible. A small click is heard, as the facemask is clicked off and placed on a table, out of sight.
A pale skinned female is visible as she runs a hand through her dark blond hair. Her eyes are a hazel colored, yet they seem cold and shows no pain. Her voice appears to be cold, yet still slightly soft. A small Danish accent hangs in, as she speaks. **

<::|| First log… What should I say…? Oh well, been a hard week, if I should say it like that way… Not because it has taken my physical strength, but well. I’ve lost what? Three bloody damned good units and for what reason? Their own bloody stupidity!
The first unit, were that dumb to point a 9mm pistol, towards a high commanding unit.
The second and third unit… I was surprised they were that dumb… They actually went down in the sewers, just to hunt a bloody necrotic?
First of all, one of those units was of high command! I couldn’t believe it went I saw it… If it wasn’t enough, I promoted him earlier that day and he promised me not to fail me… Couple of hours later, he’s lying dead on the floor…
And the most annoying part for me was that we were to receive materials for a synth dropship. A nice droppod, I’ve spoken with city sixty-eight about, if were able to build it for them.
GRID isn’t like back in the old days… My units are dying, due to their stupidity. And I barely have enough, to build the droppod now.
The materials are now stuffed away in the garage, till I can get enough units to start building on it, inclusive myself. I hope I’ll get them soon enough, or else it’s just going to be me and a few units, who are still active.
Oh-five-oh seems active again and yet I haven’t seen him for a couple of days now… I’ll make sure his punishment is going to be harsh, if I find him sleeping around or running around as civilian. No doubt, it’s going to be harsh…
Oh well, I believe I found the said necrotic, during a quick search over our “not used camera’s” placed around the city. It appears to be hiding around in the sewers, probably using the old storage room… I remember an old headcrab canister malfunction, where they stroked down upon our precinct. Perhaps there is one in the sewers somewhere… I need to get the sectorial commanders authorization to go check it out…
For a safety reason, I made the camera capture a screenshot of said necrotic. It’s now stored away in our database.
The last thing, in my mind is what the UED unit came up with. I’m apparently getting accused, for committing UPA with commander oh-three-one-oh-nine. Just because I followed his orders and took a coffee break with him, on his orders.
Perhaps I should get away from the serious stuff… I’ve found myself a hobby. It appeared, it were more fun to throw citizens off the roof, instead of shooting them. That way, I also spare on my ammunition. Perhaps, there’s a bit blood here and there, but who cares? Oh well, the loyalists do, so they can get their points and became a civil protection unit themselves… I doubt I was like them, when I was to join… I hope I wasn’t.
No matter, that’s long ago… ||::>

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

//Yes! Finally! An HC unit making logs! This was very good, well-written. I can see you spent some time thinking about what to include, it makes the reader almost sympathetic to the cold augmented DvL...

<::|| Video log… Number two.
So what I’ve heard and seen, it appears my high commanding unit is back. He was apparently cloned, after he died… I hope the clone is smarter than the original one, or else I’ll have the pleasure to shoot him myself. For now, he seems okay, yet a bit deaf… Like the rest of the CCA… I might talk to the sectorial commanders, if a small punishment could be given to them… Not listening to their orders, not responding over the radio and basically ignoring a divisional leaders order…
Quite an interesting story today… I was on the nexus roof for myself, when commander oh-three-one-oh-nine joined up with me. We had a nice chat, until a biosignal loss, screamed over the radio. I need a way to tone those down. I’ve asked over the radio if any unit knew anything about it and were to report. The radio was completely silent, I were about to believe all units were dead. Luckily, GRID’s datapad can track a biosignal, so I checked the last known location of all units. It appeared, that oh-eight-seven had gone missing, after the biosignal loos, so I assumed it was her I was looking for. It didn’t take me too long, before I located her in the armory.
I ordered a few units down there to check up on it, if I were correct. What did I expect? ||::>

**The divisional leader slams a hand down in the table, her eyes showing clear hate and her voice continues in a low, threatening voice.**

<::|| I expected units to answer the radio and do what they were told. But what did I get?.. Complete silence over the radio again, yet I knew more than ten units were on duty. It didn’t take me long, before I went in the armory to check up on it, with oh-three-one-oh-nine and as I expected I was correct.
What appeared to be oh-eight-seven was lying on the floor. Her pistol was in her hand and her brain was blown out of her head, against the wall. I quickly ordered a few units down here, yet no one responded… Again… No one answered, before oh-three-one-oh-nine stood in and commanded every unit down here. Quickly, five-six units arrived and ready to fulfill their orders… Two recruits, three officers. They were all told to clean that bloody mess up… We didn’t want a smelling body, laying around in the nexus so I ordered oh-eight-seven’s equipment off, followed by –what she called a body- throwing it into the acid pit.

Well, not long after I was contacted by the acting divisional leader four-seven-nine. She asked me, if I could update her scanner for her, so she could use it again. Why not? Then I had something better to do, than ordering lazy units around… I went to the mechanical operation center and started the updating. It didn’t take me that long, so four-seven-nine quickly had her scanner unit on the roof. She appreciated and for a third time, I respected a person, who’s lower than commander unit status. I rarely see units be given my respect, if they haven’t deserved it yet or else, they do something wrong and loses it again… Like eight-six-four.

I’ve heard rumors running around. Apparently, while I was in stasis a necrotic broke into precinct one and apparently ambushed two recruits, during their patrol. Don’t know what happened to the recruits. What I know, is that our commander oh-three-one-oh-nine took care of it. Apparently he sliced it to death. I’m slightly annoyed, that I haven’t seen him using the sword yet, since I made it for him. Perhaps there will be another time… Anyways, the necrotic was clearly dealt with and units continued their standard directives… Today, I might go ask the sectorial leaders, if I could search through the sewers myself… No need to bring panic in units, if they see a larger swarm of necrotic. Also, a single unit is less noise, than a group of three and five.

Might be what it was for today. ||::>

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

<::|| Video log number three.

Nothing much has been going on today.
I’ve been walking around the nexus, to check up on units. I must admit, I had my fun with oh-five-oh. There's no way, to make a unit show he's worthy of his position, if you don't threaten him on his life. I couldn't stand yelling at him and aiming my pulse-rifle at him. Best way to promote a unit. Scare them, make them respect you and fear you. Either way, he was promoted to oh-two, when I was done with him. As far as I know, units won’t be good, under weak leaders. A good leader puts himself or herself in respect so their… “Warriors” do what they are told.
Units under a weak leader, gets lazy. We don’t need that in the CCA and I doubt it’s going to happen. I myself am going to be stricter towards units, to train them. Make them learn. Since I joined the CCA, much has changed… Units are getting nicer towards citizens. I remember when we punished citizens harsh, for carrying contraband. Even if the citizens handed it over. Now, units is just giving a “Thank you.” And leaves. I can’t stand watching it… I need to make sure, they get it, somehow and I promise myself, I’ll get a plan.
I find it hilarious… A bloody of-five unit is meaner, than our oh-three units… I might treat that unit better, perhaps… She deserved it… For now. Units don’t know how to set themselves in respect. I only have respect for my equal rank and my superiors. Or else, the units need to set themselves in respect. A few has earned this for now, yet many has lost it again.
Just a single not for myself, before I leave. If anyone fails my trust, punish them. Like oh-five-oh. ||::>

<::||Vlog-0003
Nothing much interesting happened today, barely any GRID units on. Oh well, I had my fun shooting down a couple of 10-103M’s. They couldn’t even manage to stop moving, when ordered to several times, running around and yelling. I find it incredible, that trash can act like that. I’d hope I could get any of those and throw them off the nexus, but they weren’t worth my time and I didn’t have the feeling to run around the plaza, just to tie them up.
Oh well, maybe I wasn’t completely speaking the truth, when I said nothing interesting happened around here. Earlier a female came walking towards me. Some cooky girl with a red nose… Seemed dumb, yet she could actually speak. Well, speak and speak. It wasn’t the best English I’ve heard before, but I understood what she meant. Apparently in precinct one, outside our territory, is a male running around with Kevlar and what I understood was a weapon. I’m unsure if we are to take care of it or not, seeing precinct four is outside our territory and inside another districts. I might as well contact them later.

Seeing I had nothing to do, I contacted my sectorial commander, regarding the single person sewer search and if I could be allowed to do it. I was authorized. I quickly managed to get my items and some extra ammunition, before I ventured down in the sewers. I must admit, I was a bit paranoid. I had the feeling someone kept watching me or was behind me. Every time I turned; nothing.
For once, I actually missed company, but I knew a single person would be more hidden, than a group of two or more. So I kept on going, told myself I had nothing to worry about. I swear, I heard footsteps down here, instead of my own. Not a casual walk, more like limping. I checked all the tunnels, yet I didn’t find anything. I bet I heard a moan or what appeared to be a scream behind me, when I checked the old blocked sewer tunnel. As I expected, there wasn’t anything. Not even footprints. So I ventured back down the old tunnel and into the one, which lead to the new one.
When I came to the water, I stayed on the sidewalk, but I couldn’t miss, seeing the water wasn’t dark blue… It was dark red. Even through my gasmask, I could smell some metallic scent. I made sure the safety was flicked off, before I slowly went through the last part. The first I saw; the storage room was blocked off with barricades. One of them was pushed over and what seemed to be a body, were penetrated through the chest, by the metal foot of the fallen barricade.
I continued my walk inside the old storage room and I couldn’t believe my eyes. As soon as I opened the door, the first thing I saw was a headcrab canister, which had rammed through the ground. The metallic scent was stronger in here, as I looked around. Bodies everywhere and a single headcrab were lying on a table. Again, I had the feeling I was watched, so I stayed ready and flashlight running down the halls. I went inside and made sure my facemask was taking pictures of the room, as I looked around. Seemed like an old holdout for a group of persons.
When I looked through the last part of the room, I swear I heard limping footsteps. I had to get out of there. I took a last picture, before I walked slightly fast out of the room, looking around the corners. Nothing for now, but I could hear a growing moan, longer down the hall, at precinct three. Splashing water and limping steps and moans. I already knew what it was, before it turned the corner. Yet I didn’t expect it. Rotten corpses of what had been citizens came around the corner. A rotten scent stroked through my as they pasted the corner. Organs were hanging out their stomach, sliding against the ground as the necrotics moved. Their stomachs snapped after me, as they spotted me, their claws lashing through the air, as they started limping towards me. I had to get out of there and that was now. Perhaps I had my pulse rifle, but I wasn’t down there to shoot, only to gather information’s. I quickly turned on my heels and sprinted down the tunnels, back towards precinct one.
Mission succeeds, if I can say. I’ve gathered the information’s, but I have no idea how many necrotics is limping around in the sewers or precinct three. I bet it won’t take long, before we hear of another necrotic yet again.

Back from that boring stuff, I assume I should had shot one of them down, to lower their numbers… Perhaps I should, but I didn’t care at that certain moment.
I’ve noticed a recruit today… The casual one.
Recruit Eight-two-six. How long have he been in the CCA? Can’t remember, I just noticed him. He was standing outside with me, with the authorization. As he was, he was quiet unsure what to do apparently and I couldn’t stop yelling at him. He actually believed there were jackets in the nexus. Bloody idiot, they are in the UCH. I had the feeling to give him a “reminder” before the citizen left him. But well, took myself in it and allowed both of them to walk off. Apparently the recruit turned to a newly arrived male, while a female stood in queue for a bit time. I instantly corrected him and it didn’t take long, before the recruit and the citizen spoke.
I see potential in that recruit. He just needs the correct training, and then he would be a good enough leader. EXCEPT if he didn’t get himself a brain, which he clearly showed he didn’t have, when we were outside. He reminds me of myself, when I was a recruit. Young, didn’t know what to do, were afraid of higher ranked, fulfilled the orders, without asking. If he turns out as I hope, he would be a good unit. I hope he lives up to them. ||::>

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

Unit checkup, that’s what happening.
Today we had a unit checkup in the medbay and I’m glad all units met up without any further… Orders from me or anyone else higher ranked. Apparently NOVA were to test out; Sight, hearing and reflects. It went quiet smooth for everyone. In one of the tests, you were to pee in a cup… I’m happy the units believe my… Private areas have been sealed off, yet they aren’t. So I got away with it. Well, in the end I got an “A” for the three tests.
I find it slightly funny. I’m apparently scary, according to some persons. Oh-one-seven clarified it too. When I entered the second test, she was inside there. When I came in, she quickly gathered her items and ran out. She was told to come back by an EU unit, yet she stayed away.

A new unit has joined GRID. That’s lovely, we don’t have that many units anymore in GRID, and most of them are in NOVA or APEX. I’m fine with it, except the droppod isn’t going to build itself. I hope eight-two-six lives up to, what I need in GRID. If not, he isn’t going to stand for long. Yet he passed my funny test. Ask him the question; “Run or not” and point my rifle at him. If he said ran, I knew he wouldn’t be a good unit, but he kept staying when I squeezed the trigger and fired several pulse bullets beside of him.

I have to figure out, why a headcrab canister was in the old storage room, in the sewers. It’s irritating, since it wakes my curiosity and I need to know, what happened. I have to get the main access to the citadels database, so I can figure out where the last headcrab canisters were shot towards. And my second problem; How many necrotics is roaming the sewers. I don’t feel safe; they could come out every second, like some of them already did. Recruits to commanders have been attacked. For now, we’ve been lucky it’s only been a single necrotic, which has attacked. Who knows when the big group comes, if it does?

Our units need to be on their guard, that’s for sure. If they aren’t, it can cost their life now… And that doesn’t mean, the necrotics will do it for us…

Fun part; It's only my arms, legs, heart, eyes and ears, which have been modified. Non of my other organs have been "removed" or anything, so I can still "pee" if you would like to say it that way. :P

If so, they would have been, during the OfC augmentation. Yet, it wasn't. Therefore, I still have them.

**A divisional leader uniform is seen, sitting down on a chair, in a dark room. Around the unit, an APC and what appears to be a synth dropships droppod is visible in the background. On her left side, what appears to be a larger form of a pulse rifle is shown, hanging in several metal cranes.
A small click is heard, as the facemask is clicked off and placed on a table, out of sight.
A pale skinned female is visible, staring at the camera. Her hair is colored in a nice dark blond way, as it falls against her shoulders. Her eyes are a hazel colored, yet they seem cold and show no pain. Her voice appears to be cold, yet still slightly soft. A small Danish accent hangs in, as she speaks. **

<::||Vlog-0005. ||::>

<::|| Hmm… Jumped a single day over, no worries… Nothing interested happen that day either. Ah well, can’t say I was in stasis the entire day. Perhaps I want to check up on my stasis pod; I don’t want any failures with it, as oh-five-oh apparently had… Still annoys me.
When I returned from stasis, I was called by oh-twenty. He apparently wanted to switch to GRID. I’ve seen him around before, good unit I must say. Former EU unit and apparently decided to get lower ranked. No idea why and I actually doesn’t care anyway. My only, single worry… If he can figure out, what GRID does and if his brain is big enough, to understand what we are working with.
Eight-six-four… Six-thirty… To my surprise, they were both working on our droppod and it’s nearing its “end” if I should call it that way. ||::>

**She turns her view towards the weapon on her side.**

<::|| Impressive weapon, isn’t it? The feeling and rush of power, to use one of those against any biotical enemy. What a few bullets could do, to the human body? I’m disappointed I’m not authorized to use it, yet I still want to see it… Perhaps I should get a citizen, whose issued a level one verdict, down here and try out the weapon perhaps?... Just to make sure, the weapon is… “Working.” ||::>

**A small chuckling laughter is heard, her eyes turning with hatred.**

<::||Ah yes, the feeling of power… What wouldn’t I use it to, to keep down those trash piles, walking around outside, believing they have a life… If I could, I would show them their lousy life, followed by ripping their limps off, one by one. Their screams of pain and the begs of mercy would fill my ears, but I wouldn’t care.
They are like… Spiders and flies… Rip their limps off, one by one. See them move around, in pain… Enjoyable, isn’t it? ||::>

**She turns her view back towards the camera, a small smile is visible, as her eyes locks onto the camera.**

<::|| Sweet dreams, no tears as I’ve heard before… I can’t wait to try out the weapon; I might get a citizen later today, just for fun. And if it isn’t working, there’s always the roof.
And before I forget… I have to remember myself, about changing the GRID scheme… Apparently we are now going to take in oh-five units, without me getting told. Just great… Try lead a division, which gets changed without you knowing…. ||::>

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

<::|| Unit two-seventy, going ten-seven. ||::>

<::||Vlog-0006.
I’ve been in stasis for a couple of days… I’ve been tired, which annoys me slightly. But no matter what, I was awakened by a stasis message, sent by some APEX unit with the digits, seven-seven-seven. It was regarding a biolock on a pistol holster. I remember oh-five-oh building one, back in the days… I don’t doubt there are a couple of them in our storage room.
But well, the reason of the said required biolock, was because a unit with the digits nine-eleven was kidnapped… KIDNAPPED!?

**A slight frustrated sigh is heard, as the female runs her left hand through her hair, her right hand closing into a fist on the table.**

I’m getting annoyed of those kidnappers, really annoyed… I’m disappointed a bloody unit, got kidnapped!? How the hell was he kidnapped!? I’m going to figure out more about this, no doubt… I have to come up with a plan, so we could know when units were getting “kidnapped” into P3… Of course the unit’s pistol was stolen, so that’s why the biolock is required. I’m going to take a little chat with said unit…
Anyways, I have to come up with a plan, regarding that tunnel… I’m getting SICK and TIRED of it… 10-103M’s, 647E’s and what not, running in there, out of our reach… Kidnapping units, terrorizing, murdering, raping, thieving… I’ll come up with something.

I’ve spoken with commanding unit, oh-three-one-oh-nine regarding the Mechanical Operation Center, also called the MoC. Apparently, APEX is lacking on a room to hold meetings in and perhaps slight training. I don’t know. He asked me, if APEX could be given MoC and GRID could move to the garage and make our projects there… It isn’t that bad. There are two consoles in the garage and if we are lacking on them, we can always install more. There is enough space in the garage room, so I doubt we would be lacking on space. I have to speak with our sectorial leader and the APEX Divisional leader regarding it, before I just do it. No sense in just doing it.

All this is happening while I’m in stasis, isn’t it wonderful?.. I have to go in stasis more often, apparently… Or not. It seems like the droppod is soon finished and GRID Officer four-ninety-five came up with a new idea, for the next project… I admit I like it, but I’m going to describe it later.

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

<::||Vlog-0007…
Terrible, lazy, rule-breaking units… And I thought I were after them enough?.. Well, long time, no speak. That’s the Old Danish way to greet after a long time, but who really cares, other than me?
So what’s happened… Units are being lazy, as I already stated. So let’s start out, shall we? ||::>

<::|| A couple of days ago, the precinct sewers apparently started getting flooded with acid, as far as I’ve heard. An APC was called in, to take care of it, to wash it away and so on. I CERTAINLY hope, the APC didn’t take any damage, or else, I’m going to use the units head to clean and repair the APC again. I don’t care how I would do it and I don’t care how long it would take, but I hope that would be a good reminder for the said unit. Well, the acid was washed away again and the problem was located and fixed by unit eight-six-four and eight-two-six, for what I’ve heard. I certainly hope they got their authorizations for it.
Unfortunately, I was in stasis during this, so I couldn’t help with, whatever was going on except for that. ||::>

<::|| Second thing, why I mean units is getting dumb.
Units are apparently IGNORING! My orders and questions! About two to three days ago, I asked three units, why they were surrounding a single female! A SINGLE FEMALE!? When I asked for the third time, the units still didn’t respond, before they broke up and started during their standard directives. I asked one more time; Still got ignored. I decided I called them all up to the roof, which they actually reacted to. So when they were up here, I clearly stated to them all, if they did that again, the next they would see and feel, would be how fast is goes to fall down from the nexus and hit the ground.
Said units, annoyed me slightly… Recruit unit; five-four-four, NOVA oh-one; oh-nine-one and a single UED unit. The recruit and the oh-one didn’t have any specific reason to, why they ignored me.
The only unit, who actually had a valid reason, was the UED. I won’t say why, but I only wonder, why he didn’t respond to me and tell me, he could tell me soon, than instead of completely ignoring me. ||::>

<::|| The last thing… Today I figured out, seven-seven-seven had a modified submachine gun. Where in the hell, did he get that one!? I spoke to, who I’ve figured out is one of the highest ranked UED units, and we agreed to call seven-seven-seven down in the HCMR. So here we spoke with him and asked; who he got it from. As a stupid unit, he couldn’t remember, only that he received it three to four days ago. I and the UED unit quickly clarified the units; Eight-two-six and oh-four-seven. I doubt it was oh-four-seven, seeing he was shot. Seven-seven-seven was allowed to leave, when we were done with him and called eight-two-six down. After we’ve spoken a bit with him, about why we had called him down here, he stated he modified seven-seven-seven’s submachine gun.
After this, the UED unit left and I handed eight-two-six a nice, old blackmark. ||::>

<::|| If this continues, I don’t know what to do… And a last thing; Units are getting lazy… When I was a recruit, we patrolled and ate our supplements… Now units are sitting on their fat ass, in the break room and chatting with each other’s. I am so close, to shoot after them… I’ve already did once, when five to six units sat on the bench and just chatted… ||::>

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

<::||Vlog-0008.
It is now confirmed. Citizens are regular, brainless things, walking around without any purpose, except annoying the civil authority. Why I came to this conclusion, is because of what happened today.
As always, a citizen attempted to flee from his judgment and ended up with a capital malcompliance. For some reasons, I’ve forgotten, four males were involved in this and lined up by a wall by eight-two-six. Behind the precinct three hardpoint, seven-oh-six was apparently fighting a male. Why I believe in this, is because when I passed the corner, to help in a ten seventy-eight,  a male came “flying” a few feet’s before landing in front of me.
So that was really interesting and I figured out a nice way to make the other citizens on the wall, know that this was serious and not a kinder party. I ordered seven-oh-six to tie up the male and bring him with me, as I walked back out the hardpoint and towards the wall; the four males and eight-two-six were located at.
I ordered the four males to turn around and seven-oh-six to drop the unconscious black male In front of me. Apparently seven-oh-six didn’t hear my order and started carrying the male towards the bloody nexus…
Another fine piece, of showing how stupid some units and citizens can be. So I ordered the unit back over the radio and he quickly did as I ordered, without hesitations. Perhaps I should say which kind of males was involved… Two with hair, a bald… AND of course a black one… Again, another black male... It’s kind of funny, I’ve actually noticed… Every time something happens, it’s nearly always a bald male or a black male… I’m really close, to just shoot every damned bald and black male in the city, if I could…
Oh well, back to the topic. As the unconscious male was lying before me, I slowly started to crush his chest beneath my right foot, keeping an eye on the males. As I hoped, they were all scared to death. Except the black male, he seemed like it just made him fart even worse… Damned citizens, gassing my units with whatever they have inside their lousy organic body….
When I terrified the citizens good enough, I blew the brain out of the black one, I had beneath me foot… And of course, as I wasn’t already pissed off more than enough, the black male starts to call me racist and refused to listen or do what I said… Let’s say, he didn’t have a chest or stomach shortly after…
So when I was done with those two black fucking people I ordered the three last standing citizens, to clean up the mess. Not that big deal, except they were frightened to death… I even guess some of the units were afraid, I don’t really know. I just know, they quickly moved out of my way, without being ordered too. It was actually kind of funny.

**The female unit reaches out for the facemask again, clicking it back on. A cold robot voice is audible, as it leaves the facemask, the Danish accent can still be heard through it.**

**A divisional leader uniform is seen, sitting down on a chair, in a brightened up room. The units body clearly shows she's a female, due to female curves. To her left is the figure of a larger console visible, barely some of its screen would be shown. Barely behind her, what seems to be a stasis pod, which is open, is visible. To her right, a smaller floating platform is visible, carrying several weapons, including what seems to be an AR2.
The unit reaches up to her mask, moving her hands behind it. A small click is heard, as the face mask is released from its lock. The unit reaches forward, letting the mask slide of it and places it on the table.
The face of a female person would be visible, her skin clearly pale with no signs of her skin being touched by the sun. Her eyes glows with a dark green mechanic aura, yet her eyes appears hazel. Her hair which is barely dark blonde, as it slowly falls down in front of her right eye, covering it.
As she speaks, a slight Danish accent hangs in, with the slight sound of electronic mechanisms.**

<::||Vlog-0008.
It's been a while, since I last made one of those logs... Figured I perhaps should listen to my old ones... I've noticed one similar problem with our units, which still isn't. I don't know, how many times I've told our units to patrol... I've literally threatened them with their lives... A couple of days ago, I saw several high commanding units and more commonly units, running around inside the nexus. Meanwhile, two to three recruits were patrolling... I'm seriously close to ask the sectorial commander for the authorization to give them a smaller... "Reminder"... At least, I'll be speaking with the UU about this problem... We'll see if they can come up with a proper punishment... ||::>

**The sound of something mechanic walking is audible out from the screen. The female person turns her head towards the sound, before she turns her head back towards the camera.**

<::|| My project keeps.... Walking around... I've got to fix that problem soon enough. I wouldn't appreciate a combat drone, walking around non-responsive and injuring our units.... ||::>

**To the female's right side, a slightly medium sized robotic moves inside of the camera view. It's four legs slowly moves over the floor, as the turret of the machine turns towards the female. Two cannons is visible on each side and a smaller dark red glowing eye is in the middle of the turret. A deep robotic voice is heard. "<::|| Target confirmed: Friendly. ||::>" **  The female shakes her head, rolling with her eyes.**

<::|| Well, the targeting system works completely fine. Yet it can't shoot yet... Not loaded... Yet. I've already tried the turrets ammunition and it works... Complete as it were expected to. The first ammunition melts the victims organs and nerves, giving a painful death... And the other ammunition, burrows into the flesh of the victim explodes in their inside... Fun to watch and had living targeting dummies once. Two 10-103M's.
Speaking of... My division. It seems like its "wakening" up again, after being low on units. We've got a few recruits inside and a former commander unit has joined our division as an oh-one. Four-two-eight.
I've got a meeting planned and a project suggested by four-nine-five. One of my GRID officers. I barely see seven-oh-one as for now... Perhaps I should check the inactive logs. At least, I hope he will meet up at the meeting... For now, only eight-six-four has told me he couldn't come. Four-nine-five has requested a meeting with me later today though. I'll see what he needs.
I guess I've covered it all for now....
Oh wait... I've forgot the last meeting the CCA had. GRID and NOVA is now going to work together, which also counts for some subdivision from NOVA, going by the name R&D. I've chosen two-one-three to be our representative for this, since I find him qualified and it won't take the GRID HC'w time. I'll send some informations to two-one-three  for some projects NOVA has requested from us. And I might assign the former commander under him. Chain of command is an interesting perspective. ||::>

**The female person reaches out for her face ask again, raising it up towards her head. A slight click is heard, as the face mask is clicked on, covering her face. After some brief seconds, the two lenses lights up, glowing in a dark green color. She turns her body towards the floating table, grabbing onto the pulse rifle and slings it onto her back. She briefly glares towards the robot in the background, speaking towards it with a cold robotic voice.**

<::|| Project 23.4-2 LqR. Return to protocol T-F92. Code is vital six, numerous of code three. Confirm. ||::>

**The robot turns its turret towards something out of sight, as it starts to walk. "<::|| Protocol: Confirmed, directives and configurations has been confirmed, starting up. ||::>" The female unit turns back towards the camera, a single click is heard coming from her facemask. "<::|| Code 10-103M? Send the thing to the MoC. I'll take care of it. ||::>" She looks back down towards the camera, a cold chuckling voice is heard.**

<::|| More dummies to train my project on. This is going to be fun. for once, it appears it's going to be a good, fun day for me. Time to torture. ||::>

**The unit reaches down, behind the camera. After a couple of seconds the camera shuts black, the last sound audible is a flick being turned.**

**A black uniform, easily categorized as a commander uniform, is seen sitting down on a chair in a brightened up room. The curves and movements of the human body, clearly shows she's a female. To her left is the figure of a larger console visible, barely some of its screen would be shown. What seems to be a stasis pod, which is open and hanging in a metal form for arm, is visible revealing the inside of it. The unit reaches onto her back and slings a single larger weapon off her back, laying it out of sight of the camera. Followed by, she reaches down to her belt, unholstering what seems to be pistol, classified as the magnum .357 caliber and lays slightly in front of herself, clearly visible on the camera.
The unit reaches up to her mask, moving her hands behind it. A small click is heard, as the face mask is released from its lock. The unit reaches forward, letting the mask slide of her head, placing it on the table t the left of the magnum.
As the mask is taken off, hair falls down, surrounding the face of the female unit. The hair has a slight dark blond color, covering the left side of her face and what seems to be a pale skin of the female. Her eyes has a slight hazel color in them, yet a dark green glowing color is dominating most of her eyes as she stares into the camera. The eyes clearly shows, she does not have most of her emotions and that she is ready to do, what she would be ordered to.
She stretches her arms out, letting out a slight yawn as if she was tired, before she lets her arms drop back down and focus back on the camera. As she starts to speak, the sound of mechanics is barely audible, giving her what appears as a slight robotic voice, yet she would still have the normal human voice. As she starts to speak English, a slight danish accent, mixed up with some British is audible.**

<::||Video log; oh-oh-oh-nine.

When was my last video log... I can't remember,I should probably check up on it later. For now, I'll update, what have happened since last time, I did one of those logs. A couple of weeks ago, I was promoted to the respectable rank of the universal command of city forty-five, precinct one, two and three. I was promoted by unit commander one-five-two-four-zero, who demoted himself a few days later. I've got the feeling, I was to take over his role as a commander. Maybe not, I do note now, neither do I intend to ask regarding it.

Neither the less, I finally took care of unit oh-four-one. I do doubt, many remember her and what she were to do, which actually wouldn't surprise me. I assume this case has taken more than a month, since she's been... Hard to find around the city, assuming she hid from us. But well  i do not intend to forget a case, regarding two units having UPA in the UCH  which we clearly should take action towards. At the least, she finally had the courage to come back online as a unit, which I took advantage off, when I had the time.
I've spoken to the DvL of [CLASSIFIED] and we agreed regarding the punishment after speaking a while. Instead of amputation the unit was given 2 black marks, at least two weeks before promotion and was required to retake every single training from UNIFORM and GRID. The unit were given a few educations just as a "reminder" to never do it again.

What else do I have on mind... Oh right, GRID unit seven-three-six...
Wasn't very smart, let's say it that way. I had gotten reports of him and unit nine-oh-five having a "relationship" and he had shown clear evidence of "loving" her. Unit oh-one-seven came with the reports regarding it and I later called seven-three- six down to the High Command Meeting Room.
After charging him with the said verdicts, it was easily seen how he got re nervous as we progresses. In the end of the verdicts which was given, he attempted to pull a pistol and shoot me. I was a not surprised, he was attempting todo so, seeing two DvL's, a officer and a unit was in there with me. I assume one of seven-three-six's bullets stroke through the outside clothing of my Kevlar, not giving any reasonable damage to myself, just to the arm cloth of the Kevlar.
As a reaction, I gave punched him once or twice, which send him flying to the door, allowing me enough time to draw my magnum and pull the trigger...
I was saddened afterwards... Not because of the unit, that dumb piece of trash, I was more annoyed and saddened, that a good suit was ruined. Oh well, I had a few units clean up the brain- and skull pieces, before I ordered one-three-one to dumb the body in the acid pit. I'm annoyed I forgot to get myself a new bone necklace out of seven-three-six's spine... There'll be another time I bet.

Afterwards we called nine-oh-five down...yet again another GRID unit. She denied most of the reports against her, but admitted seven-three-six had told her, he was in love with her, even though she had denied him.
I did let her go... For now. I'll keep an eye on her...
I've been watching the GRID division, and I must admit the new DvL has improved it a lot. But who do I fool, four-nine-five always had great potential.. Always my first choice. I was glad, that the sectorial commander chose him to continue, in my spot.

For once, it's strange not to call commander oh-three-one-oh-nine sir anymore... I've been used to that, since my oh-three rank. He's always been the one I've looked up to. He's been the greatest of our leaders, in my opinion and I'm glad to stand as an equal rank, to him. Yet, it's been a since since I last saw him...

As the last thing, I've heard reports of some sort of group named "The movement"... They are highly annoying, spraying their so called logo all over the plaza... I wonder how they do, apparently not enough units patrolling... I'll get to that too, soon. Note to myself; remember to check up on the plaza cameras...

I assume that would be all, for now. I'll better get back to "work" and keep an eye on those damned citizens outside the nexus... I'll be on the lookout for a new necklace...

**A slight chuckling appears from the female unit, reaching out after the mask once again. She grabs hold it, lifting up and places it back on her face, covering it up. A single, slight click is heard, as the mask clicks back on and the two lenses glows up with a dark green color. She reaches back down, grabbing hold of the magnum, moving it back down to her belt and holsters it. As she lets go, she glares towards the pulse rifle, before she reaches out after it and a single radio click sounds from the mask. "Any level one malcompliant citizens in detainment? My pulse rifle needs to be checked if it still works accordingly... And I require a new necklace..." As she fishes speaking, a single click confirms the message has been given to the rest of the CCA.
Afterwards she slings the mask onto her back, a slight laughing coming from the mask, before the radio click is audible again. "Copy that... I'll be on my way." She looks back down on the camera, the mask showing no emotions as the laughing slowly starts to continue. After a few seconds she turns Round, still chuckling and starts to move out of the camera view. Just before she's out of view, the camera shuts down and stops recording."

New Log Opened: Vlog-0010.

Followed by, she reaches down to her belt, unholstering what seems to be revolver, classified as the magnum .357 caliber and lays it slightly in front of herself, clearly visible on the camera.
The unit reaches up to her mask, moving her hands behind it and seems to press something in. A small click and a slight hissing sound of air, is heard as the face mask is released from its lock. The unit reaches forward, letting the mask slide of her head, placing it on the table to the left of the magnum.
As the mask is taken off, hair falls down, surrounding the face of the female unit. Her hair has a slight dark blond color, covering the left side of her face and what seems to be a pale skin of the female. Her eyes has a hazel color in them, yet a dark green glowing color is dominating most of her eyes as she stares into the camera. She stares coldly into the camera, not appearing to care for what’s going on.
She stretches her arms out, letting out a slight yawn as if she was tired, before she lets her arms drop back down, folding down onto her lap. She leans backwards in the chair, turning slightly to her right on the chair and lifts her feets up on the table. As she starts to speak, the sound of mechanics is barely audible, giving her what appears as a slight robotic voice, yet she would still have the normal human voice. As she starts to speak, a slight danish accent, mixed up with a British is audible.**

<::|| This is sectorial commander, two-seventy-seventy.
It’s been a long time last time I made one of these video logs… I’ve been… Busy with a few things though. Now, let’s see what have happened since last time.
Alright, so we’ve got the reformation of the entire civil authority. I suppose I’ll start out with that.
First off, we’re now using sections instead of divisions and we’ve replaced a few ranks instead of using the old ones. Instead of having commanders, we now have sectorial commanders and the divisional leader rank have been completely ‘wiped’ out.
Instead of commander of GRID, I’m now classified as Sectorial commander zero, unit two-seventy-seventy. I belong under section zero, the command section together with the other, old commanders. Well, those who’s still alive at least.
Secondly, we’ve got section one. That’s the ‘croot’ section. To be more specific, that’s the old UNIFORM division. Section one contains every recruit we’ve got coming in and they’re supposed to train those units. Sectorial leader unit, oh-thirtyone-oh-nine. My old idol and the one I was looking up to, now stands for the recruits. Poor them. At least they’ll come out into the ‘wilderness’ hardened from their training.
Then we’ve got the ZEALOT division, which is now section two. Internal affairs and whatnot which section commander, oh-oh-six-twenty-one is leading. A unit I’ve had an eye on have progressive extremely well in that section. I admit, I enjoy watching her work and her citizen interaction though I do not have the time to take much care of it. I hope she’ll stay in the Civil authority for a long time. I’d rather hold a funeral for her, than three-fifty which died earlier… I’ll explain that further on in the video log though.
The old APEX division still exits, yet that is now section three. They are ground forces. As always, I enjoy having those around, with my own units. Section three is going to be our main, primary force… Yet my own ‘section’ got most of the units for now. I’ll get to change that though, hopefully. Also, a unit I’ve held my eyes on, two-eleven is now the leader of section three, Sectorial commander two-eleven-oh-oh. I’m happy to work by my side, with the rest of the sectorial commanders.
The two other divisions, NOVA and GRID, we’re now one big section. Section four, containing two divisions. Interesting, I must say myself. As I’m leading it and we’ve got two old divisions in it, we’ve got two officers leading the two parts. Those are the old NOVA divisional leader nine-thirty-eight and the divisional leader of GRID, four-ninety-five. The two old divisions now have their own ‘name’ in our section. NOVA is now the support side of section four, while GRID is the logistic part of section four. People can guess to themselves why.
So that’s basically what happened to our old divisions. Oh right. Instead of having one unit standing above us all, we’re now a council. Our old sector leader, seventy-one-eighty-one-three, made suicide during a meeting we had. So instead of choosing a new sector leader, the remaining sectorial commanders –or at least the ones being there- agreed on making a council. That would be me, the sectorial commander of section two and the sectorial commander of section three.

Not long ago, barely a week the City Administrators decided to hold a ‘teaparty’ inviting citizens to attend to it. I decided to take a ‘visit’ to the meeting, after unit four-ninety-five brought the citizens there. I’m now in the knowledge that the citizens only came there for food and merely to talk with the city administrators… I only saw one communicate with one of the Administrators, while the rest bugged around the table and ate. Though, I must admit their couches is something else than our tree benches and metal beds. Really comfortable.
After the teaparty, a ration distribution was started. The six citizens who were at the meeting came in first, to get even more food. I was that close to rip it out of their hands and say they already have had food enough for the day. What I didn’t notice was something I regret. This is where the death of three-fifty comes in. During the last person, a louder explosion came from inside of the booth stations. I decided to get outside to see what was going on, having the rest of the units’ shortly after outside with me. Apparently, unit three-fifty had a bomb thrown in his face, which contained a specific gas classified as Chlorine gas. Three-fifty died nearly instantly due to shrapnel shredding his body to pieces, which seven-seventy-seven carried outside having injuries herself. I immediately carried seven-seventy-sevens body inside, while authorizing two-thirteen to get an APC out and running.
Seven-seventy-seven recovered shortly after. Saw her out and running the day afterwards after a smaller ‘incident’. Apparently a bald citizen thought he could get away with a blind male… I caught them, attempting to get away from me near the nexus… It was enjoyable to put a bullet through the back of the blind guy’s head and watching the bald male get beaten down by… I think it was unit seven-twenty-six. Eitherway, seven-seventy-seven came and ‘complained’ about my behavior regarding treatment of the blind male… Apparently it wasn’t helping the civilian ‘interaction’… I couldn’t care less.

That would be all from me… For now. Sectorial commander, two-seventy-seventy signing off. ||::>
