Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Alyssa Richard sat alone in the darkness of the Roadside Shop,thinking about her dead brother..She later gets frustrated missing him,then takes a nap.After atleast 2 Hours,she felt a nudge,noticing her dead Brother Dan.She seems surprised,yet from another person's view it looks like she was making a fool of herself.In reality,he was hugging air,rather then the Imaginary Dan Richard.Each time she feels lonely and keeps thinking about him,Dan's Imaginary image comes out of nowhere as Alyssa blinks her eyes,talking about what ever she thinks about.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
(IC Perks)Imaginary Dan could give her ideas in an emergency,etc,and when she's lonely or sad,Imaginary Dan could lift her spirit.
(OOC Perks)I guess it increases RP,I don't have to feel lonely just sitting in a corner as my character,and I guess it doesn't make it boring.
Defects
(IC Reasons)It might affect Alyssa's reputation,and will make a fool of herself.
(OOC Reasons) I guess none,except if a guy who volunteers to be the imaginary Dan is offline.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Not making me feel bored,or lonely,and increase RP.
Will anyone else need these auths? (If so, list OOC and IC name(s))

Alyssa seemed mad at Charlie locking her in a room.She looked around looking for items.
The only Item she found was an ol' rusty pick that would break easily with one fatal mistake.Alyssa thought that if she just went out the window,she would end up breaking her legs,but with the pick she could pick the door and escape.Alyssa cleared her mind,trying to pick through the door.She heared the sweet sound of success.. Alyssa escapes,hunting down Charlie with her Double Shotguns.

*able to pick doors
*Can break in locked doors without wasting ammunition
*I think that is all
Defects
*The lock pick she has is very Rusty,which would break on one fatal mistake
*If she breaks it,the part of the pick would be stuck in the lock

Able to break in stealthily without wasting scarce ammunition.

Days after Jerry escaped the canal sewers,his foot has been badly hurt.At the first sight of sunlight,Jerry saw someone walking to a building.Anxiously looking for help,he hobbled over to the building.They greeted,told about their lives,then left.The second Jerry hobbled out the doorway,Charlie Fodder,a wood expert *he told himself he was*,asked him if he needed a walking stick.After 50 minutes,Charlie finishes creating the walking stick,but then he thinks about self defense. Charlie Fodder says,"Jerry,don't you suppose a spear-like cane would help in danger?"Jerry nodded,then taking a nap waiting for the spear like cane be crafted.Jerry wakes up,finding Charlie making a cap for the cane.Jerry smiles,saying,"Good idea.. A cap for the Spear-like Part."

20 Years before the Seven Hour World War,Alyssa Richard was born,yet her mother roughly died after 2 months of birth.Without the guidance of her mother,her dad joined an illegal group,mugging and stealing.Each time they perform an action,they use Alyssa as a Scouter,Her father handed her an sniper scope,and told her to secure each position.When she turned 16,her father took her to a shooting range,to learn how to shoot.After years and years of practice,they performed another smuggle,they gave Alyssa a sniper rifle,with a duty of scanning the whole place.When Alyssa turned 20,she was riding in the car,driving her dad to a shooting range.Strangely vortexes appeared and combines invaded the place.While they watched as the combine were going in the gunshop,Alyssa and her dad ran through alleys,finding a building to hide in.While Alyssa closed the door,there was shaking all over the building and the living room collapsed,as Alyssa got knocked out by furniture.After the war,she woke up in a train,all alone.Her dad and her were seperated after the war.She went into a Civil Housing Apartment,trying to think.Knocks were heard,she met a man named Zachary.Zachary leaded her to a sewer,unscrewing the vents,letting Alyssa go in the sewers first,but when she waved good bye,he was gone.She went through the sewers.After 5 days,she was following the light that lead the way..... She found the outlands.She made a new life in the outlands,finding a job to work in.
