Title: Ban request issue

i have a player that is trying to make a ban request on an important issue. but the link keeps taking him to the home page. Seems to work just fine for me tho.

He is using google chrome, he is logged in, can access his profile and other postings, but can not make a new one. Any ideas?

Nope, doesn't work.  The same thing was happening with the ban appeals link a while back.

what can I do to help him see the ban request?
