Anyways, If he was being serious(which I doubt) then he's really.. uhm. Yeah. But I'm pretty sure he's trolling, even if he was negotiating a bargain with you, how does that indicate him not trolling?

Those weapons are obvious. In this case the guy seems to be a normal poster in the facepunch creative section. I'm also not luring trolls. Who the hell would need concealable weapons? That's kind-off asking for it. IF he is a troll, then it's his waste for wasting time on actually making the logo.
He's also not making it very obvious, so basically he's making himself look like more of an idiot than trolling.
