I need to write an essay on whether waterboarding is torture, which leads to the question on whether torture is unconstitutional.

I have my opinions sorted out, but I want to hear other peoples' thoughts as well.

So, what do you guys think about "the whole waterboarding thing?"

Guides / /request Recommended Format

This guide is short but sweet:
When you request CCA help as a citizen, you must include the following information. Try to make the request sound as professional as possible. Use correct grammer, punctuation, etc.

Citizen name - CID - location - situation - description of suspect (if possible)

A bad request:
"Help!!! someone is selling contraband stuff in the CCH!!"

A good request:
"James K. Locke, #98068. A 6 foot tall man with blue eyes, brown hair, and a limp is distributing illegal literature in CCH room D4."

Half-Life 2 Roleplay / Regarding District 6

Currently, entering District 6 is illegal. In my opinion, this should not be so.
Before I state my opinions why, I'd like to hear some opposing viewpoints (e.g. Why being in D6 should be illegal).

Fixed / City 45 Bugs, Glitches, and Needed Additions

Post any bugs, glitches, additions, or suggestions to the City 45 v2 map in this thread.

IMPORTANT MAP MODIFICATIONS:
1. There's a lot of unneeded hallway leading to the former agility room.

KNOWN BUGS/GLITCHES:
1. Windows in trainstation checkpoint are missing glass textures.
2. Combine watchtower in plaza does not collide with props.
3. Walls disappear when one stands in certain areas of the map.
4. When one stands next to the rails in the town square, players disappear. (fixed?)
5. One is unable to see citizen playermodels through the windows of the plaza shops. (fixed?)
6. Apartment A4 has a bad leak/ nodraw in the corner of the bathroom.
7. The D6 shop window is missing its bullet impacts.
8. Lots of "cracks" and "seams" in the map, especially in the UCH.

GAMEMODE SUGGESTIONS:
1. Ticket purchasing system to ride subway.
2. Fix the un-lockable doors in the CWU building. (?)
3. Players aren't able to spawn mattresses. (confirm?)

City Administrator / Multiple City Administrators

The current CA is rarely, if ever, on now. Maybe another person should be selected to play CA in his absence?

Invalid / Error signs in Nexus

There are two error signs in the Nexus that I know of. Many other people notice them as well, so I know it's not just me.
Could someone please remove these error signs? They are very annoying and break the RP atmosphere.
One error is located in the Nexus lobby in front of the elevator to the lower level. The other is in the middle of the detainment center floor.
I can show someone in-game if they would like.

Could a room be added on the vent server for HL2 RP? I noticed there are "rooms" for GMR, harbor roleplay, and minecraft, but HL2 RP does not have one.

Support & Help / No props?

$:-\$ I'm unable to spawn any props whatsoever on the HL2 RP server. I don't get any error messages, the props simply don't show up when I click them on the Q menu. Does anyone know why this is? My char doesn't have a physgun either, could that be the problem?

*edit* Wait, I need to apply for flags don't I
