[11/19/2011] MC2 Event Map Update

The server will display on the Status bar as "offline" this is because minequery is not installed cause were not on bukkit yet!

Hello!

Currently bukkit is not up-to-date with 1.0.0 of Minecraft.  So until then i have updated the server and put it into Vanillia mode.  Everything is backed up on my computer and will come back when bukkit is ready.  So right now we are playing on a Survival map.   Theres limited supplies, and limited food.  The key goal is to survive.  But hey we still got rules!


No griefing/looting
No Flaming/Trolling
No Killing people without a very good reason (Intruding on marked territory)
Getting over the bedrock border is exploiting and will result in you being banned + a 2 week ban when MC2 is back to normal.   There are no more warnings.

Please enjoy and have fun and try out all 1.0.0 has!

No, what he means is the walls he has placed around this area you spawn in. It's a tight area with just sand. Although I have noticed a few people who have wood, when there are no trees in the desert area. I've also noticed a sand tower to get out that someone made, but I don't know who.
But he basically means don't go past the bedrock walls.

I just joined, I don't get it?  Why bother host it if there is nothing to do, I explored the full square, no wood at all + I also saw that sand tower someone used to get out lol

I'm boss and found some dirt. Never knew dirt would be so rare in minecraft one day...
Made myself a little flying house above the lava so no one else can reach it because all other blocks they can get fall down in the lava :D

I think there's something to do with Bukkit. Once that's done, it'll be back up.
Patience is a virtue. Just wait and it'll be back up soon.
The new survival server is very interesting. We just need more people on it.

Whilst I agree that survival is absolutely amazing, im struggling to do the basics cause there are barely any resources
