Bruce Williams's Civil Authority Application

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Bruce has always respected the police officers and his dream is to join them to help this earth and community from criminals who try to give harm to everyone who keeps the community clean and functional. Bruce always at his spare time cleans the city in any way he can or reports illegal items and criminals who are planning to harm the community and officers. When the seven hour war started, Bruce is amazed that they conquered the earth in seven hours. That time Bruce knew that if they are protecting community, officers and community Bruce knew that right decision is to help them, clean the streets, report the criminals or Bruce's final decision was to join them to help community and this union to keep it's balance, discipline and control. Bruce only main objective in his life is : Helping the earth and other people and creatures. Now Bruce wants to join the Civil Protection because he can make this community and earth more secure by waiting for report of criminals and patrolling outside the nexus to see any threats to this community. Bruce had always waited in his cold, dark and somehow scary room for morning to get up and go help the community and other that are kind to him. Bruce has 5 points, he did not get some points even if he did clean up. He still seems to be happy helping the union and the city.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
He knows that the Civil Protection will be rude to him, only because Bruce gains experience and knowledge how the anti-citizens and criminals will behave on Bruce and other units. Bruce knows when he is an recruit he gets very rude behaviour from higher rank units. When Bruce ranks up he knows that he must be rude to recruits so they will get experience on the behaviour how criminals act on other units. Bruce always has wanted to gain respect by ranking up and helping them in danger. But his main objective is clear : Clean the community from any threats. Bruce knows that not anyone can conquer the earth in seven hours thats why he knows that he must join the Unions Civil Protection so he can help this community to keep it strong, powerful and having good discipline.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
When Bruce was two years old his mother left him on a cardboard in streets. Bruce never saw his mother's face anymore. His mother left him because he did not have anymore money to feed Bruce. Bruce was starving for one day, looking for other humans walking and not taking care about a starving two years old. The people didn't even look at Bruce they just walked away while talking to cellphones. Bruce was almost starving to death until a female came close to Bruce and gave him food. The female carried Bruce to her home giving Bruce food, comfort and a place to live. Bruce was now ten years old, healthy and had lots of energy to play with his friend outside, Bruce always came back to his host mom's house at night. Bruces host mom didn't never tell Bruce that she wasn't his real mother. Bruce did not suspect that his host mom wasn't his real mother, Bruce had plenty of friends and they all were friendly and kind to Bruce. When Bruce was 16 old, his host mom moved to other country with Bruce. Bruce didn't anymore see his friends. When they had an new house in city, Bruce saw that most of the people were rude and busy going somewhere. Bruce had friends from school but most of them was against the community and always did something harm to it. When Bruce saw that his friends were harmless rebels who did only graffiti and kicked other bicycles. Bruce reported it to police department and his all so called "friends" Got into police department he never saw them anymore, but that was just for Bruce's comfort to not see them anymore. Bruce now had only two friends who are on same side as Bruce is. Bruce was happy about it. When Bruce 19, he heared in radio that some kind of portal is on this earth bringing : "odd creatures, odd vehicles and big creatures that shoots some kind of particle laser and a superior cannon that hits people and they will have zero gravity for a moment then they disappear having a black corpse before it. " The broadcasts sound was almost like panicked and quickly spelled. Bruce knew that he has to fight for this community against this threat. Before Bruce could tell his host mom that he has to leave this city, he saw that his host mom already left without him. Bruce got anger and just walked outside and sit on the wall next to the road. Bruce closed his eyes and heard some kind of convoy of vehicles coming from left. Bruce still closed his eyes and heard couple of gunshots and screaming. Bruce quickly opened his eyes and saw on left side that there was an male killed on the street. After that Bruce stand up and started to running into the hardware shop. At the time he heard lots of gunshots and some impact sounds from an baton that has electricity on it. Bruce was inside the hardware store and nailed an wooden plank on the door. When Bruce looked behind his shoulder, he saw that there were other humans. Bruce saw that most of the people were in a panic and was afraid, while others was almost calm and they had hammers and one chainsaw. Some of them was shaking because of the fear but still having an weapon. Bruce stared at others and said "They can hurt us or not, but drop your weapons and hope that they will not kill us. They can have some kind of  pity on us. They can spare us if we don't fight against them." That time one of the human stand up from the corner and attempted to ram Bruce. Bruce dodged the ram and kicked this male on the floor. Male stand up and attempted to hit Bruce with his hammer. Bruce was covering his head with his hands and closed his eyes. When the male was close to hit Bruce with his hammer, an gunshot was heard. After a while Bruce heard an sound like someone hit the floor with all his bodyweight. Bruce opened his eyes and saw this male dead on the ground and hammer beside him. Other people saw from the window an creature that had an pistol looking weapon and an baton that had some kind of electrified magnets on it. People was scared but Bruce stands up and sees blood on his clothes. Bruce was almost puking but he puts his hand on mouth and prevents the puke going into floor. Bruce pukes only on his hand. After that bruce rubbed his hand on counter. All of the humans looked at the creature for a second and heard interrogative vocoder sound "Amputate, sir?" After a while the creature got an respond "Verdicts?" After a while the creature lowered his pistol taking his stunstick. The creature approached us and came inside from the broken window. Other people drop their weapons and stands up their hands behind their neck. I was the only one not doing it. The creature laughed with an vocoder and said "Move it." I and other people got out from the shop seeing an black vehicle on front of us. We got inside the vehicle and the car's door closed. The vehicle started to accelerate and everyones head bend to other way because of an fast accelerate. After two hours, the door opened and all of us got out from the vehicle. We all almost like an reflex started to walk in the line where was other people standing. Bruce saw that he had still the blood stain on his pants and suit. Bruce did not care about it, because many of those people had blood stains too. Some of them had puke on their clothes. A male infront of Bruce started to panic and turns around every second one creature said "Get out of the line. First and final warning." the male did not hear it or did not care about the creature. After a while the creature flicks his baton on and Bruce sees an electrified field on the batons head. Bruce was amazed of this batons fine technology and its effect to an male when the male gets hit from it. When the creature makes other swing that has his all power at the male, creature accidently hits Bruce with it. Bruce falls on the ground unconscious. Bruce was unconscious for one day.  When Bruce woke up he didn't remember anything from his past or his host mom. Bruce now had clear mind and his anger disappeared. Then Bruce heard the last broadcast on the radio "The earth has been invaded by these creatures on estimated time... Seven hours. Most of the barracks and army has been already killed and those marines and soldiers who survived from the creatures are now hiding somewhere. I hope some place safe for them. I just want to say that I hope we all make an big resistance to this invade and try to- *Sound of an doorbreach and gunshots after all these sound will heard an automated message : We have problems with the broadcast, problems will be fixed in time.*"  After couple years Bruce was 23 years old and now had lots of knowledge about these creatures. He saw that when some citizen is being re-educated he knows that the civil protection unit is doing the right thing. When he hears gunshots, he always knows that those gunshots are for the anti-citizen and criminals trying to make harm to community. Now Bruce's wound has been fully recovered, he starts to clean up this city and help the community in any way he can.

It wasn't removed. He died because of his mistakes. (Having an unauthorized lethal, unauthorized entry to district six and the worst : Lying to SeC. That's why he got amputated)

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience?
On hl2rp server. There was an event/authorization to search the UCH for infection and for anti-citizens. I was the only one infected. When I was puking out blood and other mysterious liquid, one of the citizens took me to her room and tried to help me. She opened my mouth with an rag and investigated my eyes. After attempting to help me, I walked out from room saying "Thanks for trying to help me." Then I went on lower floors and I saw high ranked units and hide out under the stairs. After a while one of the officers found me and brought me in an contamined box to nexus medbay. Then they investigated how I will react to food and water. After long time /me's and talks, they got in decision to amputate me, because of my aggressive behaviour. End of the story.

He wants to help the community around the clock because he doesn't see it enough to report on criminals and contrabands, and waiting on his room for morning to help the community. He is always cautious for any report and wants to help other units at anytime he can. When he has spare time he will patrol the plaza if he is authorized to.

But if you got time could you make second version where pancakes is more right and the helicopter is shooting at it but the bullets are bouncing from pancakes and the explosion will stay at where it is now.

Anyone know good screen recorder that doesnt lag when i play gmod and makes the file format to avi or something like that but not dem?

I got few problems recording with fraps a playing .dem on gmod.

So this SVN link is outdated, i looked at the date and it was old.

Anyone know SVN link that is newest? Or do i need to download the newest from this website on Downloads server files?
