This update was released to patch the currently most painful issues on the server. I've also added most of the stuff you're used to from the old HL2RP. You might find this update a little boring as it doesn't really bring anything brand new – stay tuned about that! Future updates won't be like this.
If you lack CCA forum access, please get an administrator to rewhitelist you and to set you some random name and then back the original - you should get all the access you're supposed to have. You might run into issues with your legitimate access being removed if you have multiple CCA characters, that'll be fixed as soon as possible, same as CCA models sometimes requiring you to switch characters before they get working.
Fixed/patched issues:Removed zipties from light blackmarket business menu.
Removed the ability to transfer tokens via the character search menu.
TrO's and EpU's will now get their custom appropriate model.
Overwatch faction members should now get their appropriate models as well.
Updated the name format for new MPF and OTA characters.
Moved Beer and Whiskey from the general business menu to light blackmarket.
Added:A plugin that should make item surfing (e.g. with suitcases) harder.
/APM, /R and the /PlyRespawn commands.
Human voice commands (you must have the 'H' flag in order to use them - VIP/Gold benefit).
A few MPF voice commands (the 1-20 numbers and some numeric radio codes like 10-65).
AFK auto-kicker.
The Civil Workers Union faction, it's original items and access to unlock/lock CWU doors with keys.
More CWU items will be added in the next update.The Citizen Hospital faction, access to unlock/lock hospital doors with keys, access to medical items in the business menu.

Rewritten forum rank loading and re-added the tab for forum account management to the TAB menu.
MPF/OTA units will now receive their forum access when whitelisted and lose it when unwhitelisted. Have an admin rewhitelist you if you lack it.
MPF units will now get access to their private divisional boards upon namechange. Have an admin fiddle with your name if you lack it.
Rewritten the donation benefits plugin. Use the /Benefits chatcommand to retrieve your donation perks, unless you've already done that. Send me a PM or contact a developer in-game to have the benefit reissued if you lack your perks.
Vortigaunt and Vortigaunt conscript factions.
Additional Vortigaunt animation settings to reduce the amount of situations in which the player goes into the T pose.
Character-wide player flags. Super-administrators can now use /PlyGiveFlags instead of /CharGiveFlags, and the flags will persist throughout the target player's characters unless /PlyTakeFlag'd away. /PlyListFlags <Name> is also available.

We tested all the features before this update was deployed, but we might have missed some - in that case, sorry!
