Title: GMod Crashing on Character Creation Menu
Post by: Statua on March 28, 2012, 01:48:26 PM: Basically, as soon as the character creation menu loads the website, gmod crashes. Suggestion. Disable the website till you resolve the problem please. Oh and initially thought it was due to my thread update I made, however it is not so yeah. Remove web browser for now please.

Post by: Khub on March 28, 2012, 03:24:03 PM: The bug is most likely in Garry's mod / OA / Lua, not in the forum page itself. Even if the CG website URL is redirected to localhost (blocked via drivers/etc/hosts), the game still crashes.

Please, remove the website, just to see if it's the website, which is the problem or not.

It was removed like 12 hours ago on the city server.
